Nursery ~ Baby Lane
The Exchange
We would like to introduce you to "The Exchange.”
We want to reach out to all who can benefit from receiving and/or exchanging gently used baby and maternity items. We currently have items available to be taken that are appropriate for children ages birth-36 months.
The idea is that if you have something, give it. If you need something, take it. It is open to everyone and there are no conditional terms.
Items needed and accepted include:
- Clothing for babies and children up to size six
- Maternity clothing
- Baby care equipment
*** Please no stuffed animals or items with holes or stains. ***
All of the items currently in The Exchange are in very gently used condition, and we ask that you help us maintain that standard by only giving items that you would be willing to take. This is not intended to be a place where things are donated like one would to Goodwill or the Salvation Army. The space we have available for The Exchange is limited. So if you have a big bag of toys or clothes you may need to find someone else who is able to handle large quantities of incoming items like that.
We hope that everyone will be able to participate and help give to others while receiving something for yourself! If you are interested in participating – or know someone outside the church that would benefit from this ministry – feel free to take a look any time the nursery is open (Sunday mornings, Tuesday Bible Study, Moms & More, etc.). Usually someone is here during the week as well if you want to stop by then.
