Children's Ministry

Bridge Ministries : : : 5th-6th Grade

Vision To provide a PLACE where kids engage God, an EXPERIENCE relevant to where their relationship is with God, and LEADERSHIP that leads and teaches to lead, with PRAYER at the forefront.

Purpose & Mission To specifically and intentionally support kids during their transformation from childhood to adolescence so they will know God, take ownership of their faith, and chase a personal relationship with God.

  • Call - Acknowledge the Master's Call
    (MATTHEW 4:18-22)
  • Honest - Be honest with yourself
    (JOHN 13:31-38; ROMANS 12:3)
  • Abandon - Abandon yourself to Him
    (ROMANS 12:1)
  • Seek - Seek His will.NOTHING more, NOTHING less (PSALM 16:7-8)
  • Exclaim - Take your good news to the world (LUKE 10:2)

The Bridge Model

During the preteen years, every child is going through the passage of moving from childhood to adolescence. There are a couple of ways to get from one to the other. With support from our staff and loving parents, focused on God, and using the Word of God to guide our steps, we will see children move toward adolescence without being ensnared by the world, a deceptive rushing current.
