Family Friendly Art Weekend Kickoff | “Dress for Mess”
Join us for our gallery opening from 6:30 – 8:30 pm as we transform the patio into an amazing interactive art area for kids and families, with lots of fun opportunities to create. The art gallery in the worship center lobby will be open and in full swing with live music, refreshments and artists at work.

Calvary’s gallery will be open during “The Miracle Worker,” a theatrical presentation about the life of young Helen Keller and her tutor Annie Sullivan, and how persistence, hope and love can break through the walls of silence and darkness. Art Short Term Missions Trip | Leon Mexico, September 2012
This September, Calvary will be sending a short term team to work with Missionaries Don & Janie Nellis in at the House of Refuge in Leon, Mexico. This team will work towards transforming the dirt backyard and brick wall into a beautiful landscaped garden area with a fountain and painted mural, where the women staying at the shelter can come to relax, read the Bible and pray.
The tentative trip dates are September 8-16, 2012. For more information on this short term trip, contact Anna Gold at agold@calvarylife.org or the Missions Office at 714.550.2341.
