Christmas Series: It’s that time of year again when we hear the songs of Christmas played in malls and on the radio. Even as we sing or hum along to these familiar tunes, the message behind the music can sometime lose its meaning.
This year, we want to refresh our hearts and renew our minds by looking at Christ's birth through these great carols of the faith. Within these songs is a theology sung for generations, telling of our God becoming man to ultimately become our Savior. Let’s gather to sing these timeless songs with a new passion as we see how the deep meaning of Jesus’ life and mission can still impact our lives today.

VBS {or Vacation Bible School} is an amazing summer children's experience at Calvary Church of Santa Ana. At this year's Blockbuster VBS, kids walked the red carpet and entered into an adventure of discovering their place in the Big God Story. We learned that no matter who you are, how you feel, what other people do, no matter what happens and no matter where you are, TRUST GOD.

Within the backdrop of the Passover meal, Jesus reveals His plan for an Exodus from sin and how we can strengthen our daily lives.

The letter from Peter is to believers who have been scattered and persecuted for their faith. We see that in Jesus we have hope that is alive. But, there's another aspect to the statement. We also need to learn to live out this hope in every season of our lives, even when we face suffering. The hope we have in Jesus rewrites our life story from beginning to end. In a world filled with false hope, we have a certain confidence in Jesus that grows stronger day by day. |

Our Lord has asked us to pray to Him constantly and always. He seeks to provide for our needs and support us with His great power.
