Synopsis Of Ministry
The Beavers have served in the Philippines for 18 years. They have recently connected their agencey, First Love, with a vibrant body of believers on the Island of Boracay in a new ministry: On the Rock Ministries - Boracay. Lives are being touched weekly through feeding sites and Bible clubs for hundreds of children throughout the island. For adults, Bible studies and cell groups are taking place, along with youth happenings, beach events, and medical outreaches. First Love is building a multi-faceted ministry center on the island. This building will not only help to give the body of believers a needed place to minister, but will act as a location for a future Christian elementary, high school and Bible School. Dan and Tori also continue their ministries in Manila. Tori teaches at a local international school and Dan teaches and coaches at Faith Academy. Dan has found many opportunities to share Christ through sports evangelism outreach with Faith Academy students and other Christian athletes. By building close relationships with high school and colegiate coaches Dan has had exciting opportunities to share the Gospel through athletic events through out the Philippines and abroad.
