Participants in this group will gain an indepth insight into how life’s events trigger the emotions and how and why we react to these events in the way we do. Participants will experience greater self esteem, an enhanced ability to engage in interpersonal relationships, and higher levels of spiritual confidence in their daily life.
This group provides a safe, supportive setting for anyone who wants to understand, in light of God’s word, what lies beneath our reactions to events that trigger our emotions, including anger, wrath and rage. The group’s focus is on enabling each individual to enjoy a richer, more joyful and confident life in Christ by understanding their emotional condition and by preparing their heart and mind to receive healing through the Holy Spirit.
Interested parties are encouraged to sign up immediately as seating is limited. The group will be open to new members for the first two weeks but will then be closed until the next session begins in about eight weeks. There is no fee. Everyone is welcome.
