7 Nights of Worship - January 10-16
Dear Calvary Family,
Our heart’s desire is for us to grow together in our dependence on God.
We have so many longings, desires and dreams for this new year. We all want to grow closer to God and to have a deep sense of His reality and presence with us. We want to know our purpose in life. We all want something more.
We truly believe this comes from the grace of Jesus, from the truth of God’s Word, through serving those in need, and through the power of the Holy Spirit. But it takes steps of obedience into dependence on God as well - listening to Him, trusting in Him, worshiping Him, and crying out to Him with the truth of our heart.
We also believe that the upcoming 7 Nights of Worship will be a critical way for us to intentionally seek the Lord through singing and prayer. Everyone is invited to come and worship Jesus together - join us for one night or every night:
7 Nights of Worship
January 10-16 in Fellowship Hall
It’s our desire to return to our first love through adoration and repentance and to allow the Lord to impart to us His heart and vision for the year ahead. Come take part in this foundational week for Calvary Church in 2022.
And, come as you are. There’s nothing you need to do, nothing you need to prove, nothing you need to show. We just ask you to come and to come with an open heart to allow God to move in you. Each night will vary slightly in style and practice. These nights are about Jesus, not music.
Let’s invite the Spirit of God to form us and shape us as we develop new rhythms and habits for 2022.
