Who Are You Praying for this Easter?
Dear Calvary Family,
Do you remember when Matt Doan recently preached and talked about the five people we are praying for to invite to church? Maybe you remember when we talked often about Each One Reach One - that each one of us can reach out to one person to be talking to about Jesus and even inviting them to church.
Easter is coming soon! It’s only 7 Sundays away - April 20. It’s the perfect time to invite one of those people you’ve been praying for to come and sit with you to hear the Good News of Jesus and the hope of the resurrection. Our King has come!
I encourage you to keep praying for that one person or those five people every day during this season of Lent as we move toward Resurrection Sunday.
And if you don’t have anyone yet in mind, pray for God to reveal that person to you. Keep your eyes open each day for who God is prompting you to pray for and invite. Maybe God has been preparing you for a special moment that could lead to salvation and community for someone in your life.
