Dear Ladies,
Throughout Scripture, God asks His followers to step out of their ordinary existence and join Him on a path of extraordinary faith and adventure. Noah, Moses, Nehemiah, Jonah, Esther, the disciples and other members of the New Testament church made the choice to trust God and step forward in faith changing eternity.
God still asks His children to step out in faith. Instead of crossing a desert, He may ask us to cross into a new culture. Instead of entering the king’s throne room on behalf of the oppressed, He may ask us to enter the board room and speak on behalf of truth. Instead of building a wall, He may ask us to a build relationship with a lonely mom in our neighborhood.
All around us, God is at work. It is our responsibility and joy to step out of our comfort zone and join Him. This year we will learn how God invites our participation in the work He is doing around the world. We will learn how God has individually equipped us to share the good news with those who need to hear a message of hope. We will learn how God plans to grow His Church through our participation and how walking in the steps of Jesus contributes to a healthy church body.
