Application Steps:

Click each step below for detailed instructions to follow in submitting your application.

1. Create an account

You will create an account that you can log in and out of to save your work and check progress. Please sure to make note of your username and password.

2. Complete the online application

You will complete the entire application process online. In the application you will be asked to provide information about your child and family. Until you click submit you will be able to log in and out of the application until you are satisfied. There is a $50 application fee that you will pay online.

3. Upload Documents

You will be asked to upload the following documents:
‧ Birth Certificate
‧ Immunization Records
‧ Most Recent Report Card (1st – 8th grades only)
‧ Most Recent Standardized Test Scores (1st – 8th grades only)
‧ (If you are unable to find or create digital copies of these documents, please contact us at 714.973.2056)

4. Send Recommendation Forms (1st – 8th grades only)

You will email your child’s required recommendation forms to your recommender from your account and they will submit the form back to us all online. No postage needed! You can check back to find out if your recommender has submitted the form and send reminders as needed. Contact the Admissions Director with any questions.

5. Shadow Day | Placement Assessment | Family Interview

Once your application is complete, please email Nicole Boyce, our Admissions Director. She will schedule an appointment for your child’s placement assessment and shadow day (1st – 8th grades only). The assessment will be age appropriate for your child and is intended to provide more information about their development and education. Most assessments include a basic reading, writing and math sample.

7. Enrollment

New student enrollment is currently OPEN. All materials and appointments must be completed before a decision can be made.
