STREAM MUSIC ART LIBRARY TECHNOLOGY
STREAM
SCIENCE · TECHNOLOGY · ROBOTICS · ENGINEERING · ART · MATH
CCS launched our STREAM program in the fall of 2017. Since the launch we have implemented technology and STREAM curriculum across all grade levels K-8th. Our vision is to lay a foundation of technical skills, such as programming, then build on those skills with electronics, prototyping, and eventually materials fabrication such as laser cutting and 3D printing.
We are teaching our children to be inventors, problem solvers, and makers of the future. We have kindergarteners programming simple sequences with robotic mice. By the time these students reach middle school, they will know how to research a problem, design, implement, and present an original solution. Our STREAM curriculum is igniting student interest in learning and sparking their creativity. Students are learning vitally important career skills such as communication, project management, and critical thinking.

Technology
Calvary Christian School Tech Lab
Calvary Christian School Computer Lab The CCS Computer Lab provides students with opportunities to develop essential technology skills and apply them to everyday learning.
Students use Google Workspace tools to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets while building skills in communication, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy.
Renovated in 2024, the Computer Lab features 25 updated workstations and is available for teachers to use throughout the week. Two Chromebook carts are also available for teachers to check out for classroom use, providing students with additional opportunities to integrate technology into their learning.
Technology is used to enhance the learning experience at CCS while still focusing on "pen and paper" skills. Classrooms are equipped with internet access, LCD projectors, and document cameras that help teachers enhance instruction and engage students in meaningful, interactive learning.
