YEAR IN REVIEW

2025 ANNUAL REPORT

Dear Calvary Family,

We look back to all that God has done in 2025 and it’s been truly remarkable! God has been stirring in our hearts and our minds for big dreams for the future. I have spoken often of our dependence on God, our call to discipleship, and our need for development. Those three words — dependence, discipleship, and development — have been ringing in my ears as I pray through all that God has for us, both as a gathered community and for each of us as we shine a light for Jesus in our everyday lives.

God has been steadily drawing people to our church through each and every one of you and we have seen the beautiful stories of life transformation in each of our baptism services and celebrations. And, even while all this has been happening in the here and now, God has been incubating something more, something beautiful, something challenging, and something requiring full dependence for our future. There is more to come that I look forward to sharing with you in 2026.

Take a moment to read through some of the ministry highlights in our 2025 Year in Review with gratitude for God at work in and through our church family. And, join me in praying that God will continue to use the people of Calvary Church to make a massive impact for the Kingdom of God and to bless the world, simply by living a full life with Jesus.

May the Lord bless you and keep you,

AN UNFORGETTABLE SUMMER ADVENTURE

Watch highlights from "Camp Fargongo" VBS 2025

At Calvary's "Camp Fargongo" Vacation Bible School, over 900 kids were welcomed by more than 450 volunteers who helped make VBS happen! Kids learned life-changing biblical truth that when we wonder, feel alone, feel powerless, need hope or need help - Jesus can be trusted. There were 100+ first-time decisions to follow Jesus and 100 kids went to our team for prayer. Wow!

FISCAL 2025 OVERVIEW

Use of Funds by Ministry Area

July 2024 - June 2025

Thank you for generously supporting the resources and staff that make these ministries possible. We ended the fiscal year with the General Fund replenishing our reserves by about $120,000 which will help offset future maintenance and ministry expenses. Our Reach Fund spent $32,342 in reserves this year to fund additional projects.

* The numbers titled Church Ministry Funds from our audit reflect all ministry-related expenses for the church, including Emergency Needs. Giving to Forward in Faith is accounted for separately and received an additional $3.1 million as of November 2025. We just completed Phase One, improving our Worship Center HVAC system with a cost of approximately $1.8 million. Our total current need to complete all phases is $3.5 million and we appreciate your continued support. See more on what's still to come at CalvaryLife.org/Forward

July 2025 - November 2025

For the first five months of the current fiscal year (July - November 2025), we are behind our budget goals for both the General and Reach Funds. We appreciate your continued support and prayers for Calvary Church, for wisdom as we strive to strategically and prayerfully use the gifts you give and for provision as we pursue ministry into 2026 together.
