The Big Move is Here!
Dear Calvary Family,
The big move is here! This Sunday, September 6, is the day we will have some new things you need to be aware of before you arrive!
SUNDAY SERVICES
Our English/ASL service will be in Samsvick Chapel and will be offered at 9:00am (with ASL) and 11:00am. They are both the same service, so you are able to select which time is best for you. Please consider coming to the 11:00am service, which should initially be less crowded. We will have overflow seating available on the Patio each week. This Sunday, we will also have overflow available in Fellowship Hall as needed.
Our Spanish service will continue to be at 11:00am, but move temporarily to the Gym. We have added some cooling features to help with the warmth.
Kids Ministry (Nursery - 5th Grade) will be offered at both the 9:00 and 11:00am services. The Nursery in the Worship Center will still be used throughout the construction process (enter Nursery check-in directly through the side doors, not through the Worship Center Lobby). Student Ministry (Middle School and High School) will be offered at the 11:00am service in The Underground (lower level of C Building).
HEAR FROM GOD JOURNEY
The Hear from God Journey begins the week of September 13th! The time to register is NOW!!!! We already have over 400 people registered for this first Journey. There are more spots available at the 9:00am Sunday option and the 7:00pm Wednesday option. We are looking to see how we can add more seats for all the options. This is for you! This is for EVERYONE! We want to grow together with each and every one of you.
The Hear from God Journey is 7 in-person sessions over 7 weeks with seating at round tables in Fellowship Hall, where you will learn more about how to hear from God from an up-front presenter that will also include some discussion around your table with times of prayer and reflection throughout the time together. There are also Daily Exercises where you are able to practice, journal, reflect, chat, and pray as you learn and grow more each day in your journey of hearing from God. You can take the Journey on Sundays at 9:00am or 11:00am or on Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
