The Moment that Changed Everything
Dear Calvary Family,
Easter is the moment that changed everything. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the single most important event in all of human history. We are about to enter into Holy Week as we remember and celebrate all that God has done. Here’s the full list of all that’s happening here at Calvary Church!
First of all, if you have never been baptized, you have an opportunity to be baptized on Easter Sunday this year! We have our last Baptism Class this Sunday, March 29th at 11:00am in the Worship Center Lobby. Come follow Christ’s example and command to be baptized as a remembrance of how you identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. You can RSVP here or just come and learn more about this vital next step in your faith.
Easter Sunday is April 5th, and we will have services in English at both 8:30am* and 10:30am in the Worship Center (* with ASL). Our Spanish service will be in the Chapel at 10:30am. These services will have inspiring worship music, baptism testimonies, and teaching about how we have moved from tradition to transformation because Jesus is alive!
Both services will have Kid’s Ministry programs for Nursery through Kindergarten, with a special puppet show while 1st Grade and up will be in the main service with their families. There will also be Egg Hunts following each service for all of our kids out on the Turf Field by the playground.
The time is now to start inviting those people God has been placing on your hearts this season.
More information on all these events and what to expect can be found at CalvaryLife.org/Easter
