The Colson Fellows program is a 10-month, once-a-month worldview and discipleship course designed to equip Christians — through readings, devotionals, monthly cohort meetings, and more — to live out their faith faithfully in everyday life—at home, in the workplace, and in the culture around us.

The program's goal is for Christians to embrace the full implications of the Gospel, going beyond personal salvation to becoming agents of reconciliation. Each person who completes the program walks away truly changed with their own personal mission and vision statements and a plan to live out their calling within their sphere of influence.
