What do you do at Calvary? I am so grateful to wear a few different hats here at Calvary. Firstly, I am the Associate Worship Pastor, so I get to work alongside Josh Wathen to lead our volunteer Worship Teams and build our Worship Community. We also play a part in the creative process of planning Calvary's weekend services. I also teach Middle School Drama at CCS.
How did you become a follower of Jesus? I accepted Jesus into my life when I was 4 years old in the parking lot of my preschool after listening to Chuck Smith on the radio! Something clicked as he was talking and I knew I wanted to experience whatever it was. After that, I remained actively involved in the church and was deeply involved as a young person and college student. I worked in Full-Time ministry beginning in my early twenties as a Communications Director and as an Adult Ministry Program Director. I left in 2020 to go into the nonprofit world, but knew my calling to serve the Lord with my gifts would always be something I pursued in my life. Our family moved to Tustin and made Calvary our home shortly after - I am blessed to be back in vocational ministry with the Worship Department!
