Since 1931, Calvary Church of Santa Ana has been developing Christ-followers to use their gifts to build His church locally & globally.
Our ever-growing developmental program is designed to equip the next generation of leaders (typically 18-25 year olds) to explore spiritual gifting and vocational calling. Through hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, as well as collaborative learning environments, this program endeavors to launch interns and residents into their next phases of life - whether their call to ministry is in the church, home, or marketplace.
Each intern/resident participates in a monthly cohort gathering to develop community, character and competencies.
We are currently looking for interns for these areas:
• Early Childhood: infants - preschool
• Early Elementary: 1st - 3rd grades
• Upper Elementary: 4th - 5th grades
• Middle School: 6th - 8th grades
• High School: 9th - 12th grades

• Student Worship: Middle School/High School
