ABOUT THE CALVARY HOPE CENTER
Phase Two includes renaming the Heritage Medical Building (purchased by Calvary in 2005) and linking its identity with our church by calling it the CALVARY HOPE CENTER with updated signage, a refreshed exterior, and a renewed focus for future ministry.
This space will be utilized as an outward-facing expression for our community of the hope found in Jesus as we seek to meet the needs of our neighbors by partnering with nonprofits doing good for God’s kingdom.
A place to receive hope through God’s
blessing, mercy, goodness and love
A place to promote hope for all life
made in God’s image, from womb to tomb
A place to experience hope in God’s
healing presence, provision and peace
A place to know the ultimate hope found
in the life-changing good news of Jesus
HURTT FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC
This low-cost clinic seeks to provide highly accessible healthcare to homeless, under-insured, and under-served families in our community through medical, dental, integrative health, and behavioral health and counseling programs.
EMMAUS ROAD COUNSELING
The mission at Emmaus Road is to walk alongside people - as Jesus did in Luke 24 - creatively and intentionally renewing their capacities for personal healing and growth in a professional, confidential, affordable, and spiritually-based manner.
SAFE FAMILIES FOR CHILDREN
This ministry seeks to keep children safe and families together. Fueled by radical hospitality, disruptive generosity, and intentional compassion, they are helping to build a network of caring volunteers rooted in faith and ready to support families in need.
Potential Nonprofit Tenants
HIS REFUGE
His Refuge is an organization intent on aiding displaced peoples around the world. This is accomplished through facilitating opportunities for individuals and groups to come alongside refugees and immigrants on their journey to a better future by providing hope and help through practical assistance both in our own communities and around the world.
IMMIGRANT HOPE
The mission of Immigrant Hope is to equip churches to provide immigrants with the HOPE of the gospel, HELP finding a pathway to legal residency, and a HOME in a church that cares for their needs. Calvary sees this ministry as a significant need of our community and a strategic local partnership to extend compassion with a gospel purpose.
OAK VALLEY COLLEGE
The goal of Oak Valley College is to provide students with a loan-free degree in which they learn to apply a Christian worldview to solve complex problems, approach ethical dilemmas, balance priorities, and make important decisions. Classes will begin to be hosted at Calvary in the fall of 2024 in the Northside Building with more space needed as the program grows.
