How to Read the Bible

How to Read the Bible

With Eric Wakeling, Trevor Behrns and The Bible Project

You’re invited to come take part in this 6-week series that will equip you to better understand the Bible, gain a set of skills for how to read it well, and more clearly see its unified message that leads to Jesus.

Beginning November 1
Fellowship Hall
(Note: not meeting November 22 for Thanksgiving Week)

In this series, you will learn about the Bible's larger story and how to read it well. This is an important skill to develop in your journey as a disciple of Jesus. While the Bible is one unified story, it cannot all be read in the same way. See how different literary genres and ancient writing styles help form one epic narrative as we explore the origins, content, and purpose of the Bible.  Together, we will learn how to approach this brilliantly designed book with greater understanding and wisdom through engaging videos from Bible Project and conversations led by Calvary Pastors - Eric Wakeling and Trevor Behrns.
